Why have one living room when you can have two? We’ve split the lounging real estate across two floors, giving you an upstairs lounge and a downstairs lounge. Both are entirely TV-free (you’re welcome), packed with plenty of seating space, and set up for maximum relaxation. Upstairs is for the analogue purists, featuring a vinyl record player for that authentic, crackly vibe. Downstairs keeps things modern with a wireless Bang & Olufsen speaker. It’s the perfect layout for when you love your travel companions, but desperately need to sit on a different floor than them for an hour.

Why have a master bathroom and a guest bathroom when you can just have two temples of luxury? Both floors feature a bathroom clad completely in travertine, complete with a massive walk-in shower and two sinks (because waiting in line for a mirror on holiday is a human rights violation). For the ultimate connoisseur, the upstairs bathroom comes equipped with a bidet. Think of it as the VIP lounge of the house—giving you that extra bit of "local flavor" right where it counts.

We don't believe in "guest bedrooms." Around here, everyone gets the royal treatment. We have four master bedrooms in total, so you can leave the pre-holiday arguments at home. Three of the rooms feature massive 180 cm double beds (including one ultra-exclusive room that comes with its own private lounge area for when you need a break from your own family). The fourth bedroom throws a curveball with two 160 cm double beds—perfect for friends who love their personal space, or anyone who wants to switch beds halfway through the night just because they can.

Welcome to a garden designed for absolute freedom. If you want to gather the whole group together, you have your choice of multiple terraces. If you want to pretend you’re the only person left on earth, simply wander off into the olive trees. Because the grounds are so expansive, there is guaranteed privacy for everyone. You can have a lively chat on one terrace, a peaceful yoga session on another, and a secret nap under an olive tree, all at the exact same time.

We didn’t just build a pool; we built a 15x5 meter aquatic runway. It is brand new, pristine, and flanked by a massive terrace that’s practically begging for a lounge chair and a crisp glass of wine.
