At Casa Collevante, we offer two accommodation options, depending on the time of year and availability. We rent out the apartment downstairs, or the full house (consisting of the upstairs apartment as well as downstairs apartment).

Unfortunately we do not allow pets. The garden is only fenced off on one side so we can't guarantee your four-legged family member to stay close to the house.
The pool is not heated. We like things crisp, just like an Aperol Spritz! When the summer is at full heat, you'll be happy to cool down!
There is no A/C in the house. However, the walls are quite thick and the downstairs apartment generally is quite cool during the night.
The house is located close to Spedalicchio, up in the hills. Umbertide is about 20 minutes away. The house is fairly easy to reach, however there's about 10 minutes over a sandy road to get there.
